Anne Gngerich has been the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) since December 2013. Trained in systems theory, she has instilled a collaborative approach to PANO programming including regional programming, consulting work and their annual conference. As a result, PANO’s membership has grown by 19% over the last four years.
Anne holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in social work, graduating from Millersville University and Marywood University respectively.
As a Lancaster County resident, Anne also serves in volunteer board leadership. She is currently the board chair of Milagro House, a residential educational program for women with children. She also serves on the boards of the United Way of Pennsylvania and the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania.
