As the Chief Operating Officer of the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence, Farzana Safiullah leads and manages the fiscal operations, contracts, grants, administrative functions, human resources and information technology of the National Resource Center (NRCDV). She has extensive experience in managing federal programs funded by the US Departments of Labor, Education and Health and Human Services, and managing non-profits. She has been with the NRCDV since 2005.
Farzana is a founding member of the US based Muslim Advocacy Network against Domestic Violence focusing on building collaborative partnerships and developing resources. She has a Bachelor’s in English and Anthropology and has her Masters in Public Administration with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management. She also successfully completed a Harvard Executive Education Fellowship on Performance Measurement for Nonprofits.
