Gail Bower is the founder and president of Bower & Co. Consulting, LLC, a revenue strategy firm that helps nonprofits become self-sufficient by developing reliable sources of earned revenue. Her clients have doubled, tripled, and quadrupled their earned revenue in under a year – and that’s just the first year. Though she launched Bower & Co. in 2005, Gail has been working with nonprofits of all sizes and scopes for over 30 years. Author of “How to Jump-Start Your Sponsorship Strategy in Tough Times,” Gail is a frequent media source and speaker at regional and national conferences.
Trained as a futurist, Gail studies where society is headed, what trends are on the horizon, and how these trends impact her clients’ businesses. Prior to launching her consulting practice, Gail spent 20 years in marketing, corporate sponsorship, and festival production. She helped create the largest free events of President Bill Clinton’s inaugurations and served as a producer for some of the country’s most important music festivals, including Essence Music Festival, Newport Folk Festival, Newport Jazz Festival, and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
