Jessica Peacock is the Director of Recovery and Community Outreach for Peerstar, the largest provider by geographic area of certified peer support services in Pennsylvania. Peerstar offers guidance, support, and hope to individuals recovering from mental illness and/or substance abuse and for individuals involved with the criminal justice system. Mrs. Peacock has worked in her current position at Peerstar for the past 6 years, serving 26 counties throughout Pennsylvania. Mrs. Peacock has worked in human and social services for approximately 17 years in both leadership and direct service. Mrs. Peacock received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University and completed a master’s degree in human services, marriage and family counseling at Liberty University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in counselor education. She is also an adjunct Psychology and Sociology instructor. Most importantly, Mrs. Peacock is a happily married wife and mom.
