Michael McKenna is the Chief Impact Officer at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County (CAP), where he has overseen the organization’s restructure and adoption of a comprehensive countywide information management system for all CAP programs and dozens of partner human services agencies. Under Michael’s leadership, CAP’s more than two dozen programs restructured into four Impact Teams that align with the organization’s core competencies and the community’s needs.
Previously Michael served as the Director of the WIC program at CAP where he launched PA’s first full service mobile WIC clinic. He serves on the boards of the Lancaster Public Library and Milagro House. Michael previously worked at Loyola University Maryland, the No Kid Hungry Campaign, and the U.S. State Department. He has a bachelor’s from Notre Dame and an master’s from Georgetown University.
