Myka is the Trainer and Curriculum Developer for Temple University Harrisburg’s strengths-based training programs and a Nationally Certified ROMA (Results Oriented Management and Accountability) Master Trainer for the Community Action network. She has coordinated the implementation of the Credential for Strengths-based Family (SFW) workers since 2009 and the Strengths-based Leadership Certificate since 2015. Myka creates and facilitates trainings for non-profit organizations throughout the country on ROMA, strengths-based family-development, and strengths-based leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from Murray State University and is currently pursuing Temple University’s Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development.
