Sheldon has over 10 years of technical and customer support, project management, and IT leadership experience mostly in the non-profit space. Prior to joining CAP, Sheldon was the Director of Customer Care at Frontstream which provided technology solutions for charity’s fundraising efforts. He is currently the IT Director for CAP which includes managing the Empower Lancaster system. Sheldon holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Elizabethtown College.
